you know if a challenge has brown in the theme, there's no way I'm going to be able to resist digging out my Kraft card. So as soon as I saw the challenge at
Crafty Individuals, I had to take part, especially as my
brand new Crafty Individuals stamps were just sitting there on my desk.
really easy card, stamped in sepia versafine, coloured with pencils, added some ultra fine flower soft, a ribbon and some sepia accents to the bird... done!
If you have this months Craft Stamper, I've done a similar technique in the gallery (animal theme, colours brown, blue and cream)
I know I say it all the time but really like it when you do this stylie....just fab!
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo indeed, fabulous use of the Kraft card and lush C.I. image too

That was quick off the mark!!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a Victorian card...one of those really old postcards..beautiful.
were you poised and ready? lol. i like this craft card as a base. I havent got the craft stamper but i did see a photo of the double page that mine was on and although I cant read the captions i now can guess who made the card on the right. the colours look so good over the natural tone of the card.....
ReplyDeleteA very beautiful card! Great concept too.
