forever friends: inside out!

This week at the forever friends challenge blog we want to see the inside of your card, there are many ways to interpret this.
You could make a special fold such as an easel fold which shows some of the inside when it is standing, or you could cut your card so that some of the inside shows through to the front. You could even just show us how you use forever friends images to decorate the inside of your cards.

I chose to cut my card in such a way that you can see the inside of the card when the card is closed. I achieved this by measuring 5 inches on each side of an open DL card (measure one side from the top, one side from the bottom) then cut across the line joining these point, this gives you two identical cards of this shape to play with.

The bear is stamped directly onto the card and coloured with pencils, and the balloon is done with mirri card. I have decorated the inside with k&co paper

  4. Really cute! I love the cut-out with the balloon. I just got the biggest urge to dig out all of my card making stuff this morning, but we'll be moving again in just a couple of months and I can't bear to dig it all out only to have to pack it back up. Patience, patience...
