How much does my youngest son love these?
(it's a rhetorical question really, but the answer is "a lot")
I got the pattern from
here from a link given to me by
her.
The only change I made to the pattern was instead of making pom-poms for the tails (I don't like pom-poms) I made knitted balls (I'll add a picture of the tails later)
to make knitted balls,
cast on 10 stitches (or whatever size you want), knit until square, cast off.
sew a circle of running stitch around the square, gather, stuffing the corners inside, and sew the hole closed (there is no need to add further stuffing unless you want to.)
These turned out darling, Joanne! Thanks for the shout-out, too. :) I must definitely go forth and knit a few for Christmas.
