another new challange,
ready steady stamp. At first I didn't think this was for me as there are so many rules
and on top of that "NO CUTE ALLOWED"
now I actually think this cat is pretty cute, but as the challenge actually states they like
PaperArtsy, I think I'll get away with it.
The background circles (which I have used for the faux batik) are also by PaperArtsy. I have mounted the bunting piece onto an acetate card
(I think I may have got the faux batik wrong as it was supposed to be done on text paper, but I didn't do too bad)
really cute Joanne - that little cat stamp works well. I was rubbish at following the instructions - I think I got 2 of them wrong! LOL
ReplyDeleteOh this is great Joanne - I think your cat looks comic rather than cute! Love the idea!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Angela - comical rather than cute! Love the pennant shape and the way the cat breaks out over the edges, fab!
ReplyDeleteI love it (and I love the French paper in the background!).
ReplyDeleteFab image, you did well with the recipe.
ReplyDeleteWow Joanne, I think your interpretation of the ingredients is lovely and that cat I'd call "whimsical" rather than cute! LOL
ReplyDeleteYikes, that is a lot of things to work into your art....but I have to say I love our kitty piece!
ReplyDeleteI think it's fab Joanne, not sure I'd have managed so many rules, I'm a bit 'dory' like that lol.. love the cat stamp!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!!!!!great work!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a cat person but that cat is one of those that will grow on me. Well done Joanne for completing the list.
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeleteI think this is great! and I love the cat!
