the theme at theme thursday is hats or crowns, I just received this newspaper hat stamp from scrolls work stamps, so of course I had to try it on Erica!!
The layout of this card started out much bigger, but I couldn't make it work so I went back to what I know: cramming it all into a 2 inch square!!
The bunting is the same stamp as the background, with freehand triangles. I have done the background with one of the new distress inks: victorian velvet.

oh she looks soooo cute! or embarrassed...hard to say lol...the type of look that makes parents go 'awwwwww look at 'er!'
