summer, summer, summer time...

The theme at the stampotique challenge is what summer means to you. for this particular challenge you don't have to use stampotique stamps, but for me Jasmin sums up what summer's all about, laying on the grass daydreaming amongst the flowers.

I am also entering this for a few other challenges:
Tag tuesday- a few of my favourite things, as there are quite a few of my favourite things on this tag: acetate, torn paper, ribbon, Jo's Jasmin stamp and her fabulously quirky daisies. Also I have used my current favourite method of colouring, simple pencils, as well as a simple clean style.

I have made this for tag tuesday, where the theme is inspiring quotes. Now, I'm not sure this could be classed as inspiring, but I love it. It's one of Scrolls works new stamps. as are the large apple blossom and floral flourish.

tag tuesday : Arch

When I saw the theme at Tag tuesday was "arch" I thought it was the perfect opportunity to use this most famous of arches, the Arc de Triomphe. I was sent this stamp as part of a DT parcel from The Frantic Stamper. I have also used other stamps and accesories available from the Frantic Stamper on this Tag.

serene tag

I've made this tag for a couple of challenges, Louise's tag tueday challenge, where the theme is masking (I use a tim holtz mask for the background) and Tag it on where the theme is simplicity and serenity. I thought this girl from The stampsmith has such a serene look I had to use it, and I kept the tag as simple as I could.......
