This is something I made for the gingersnap Harvest theme. I didn't really have any harvesty stamps, so I went with a leaf theme and made a "harvest candle holder"
First of all, I'm finding it so much easier loading your blog onto screen. Love the new simple layout and colour :0) And this decoration for a harvest theme is perfect. Simple yet effective, as Paula says. Works brilliantly.
Very creative use of your stamps! It's always fun to have a challenge like that where you have to get really clever to fit the theme. Have you ever participated in the big stamp day/nights that Splitcoast Stampers hosts online? I've done it twice, and it's a day full of stamping challenges (1 hour each). TONS of great ideas, and it gave me an opportunity to come up with a lot of great new ideas for my stamps.
I am happily married with two wonderful sons. I work full-time as a radiographer. I like to make stuff. Cardmaking, knitting, crochet. I'll try anything crafty.I also have an unhealthy love of maths: I did a degree for fun.
I post on my blog in the hope that I will inspire others to create. I am more than happy for you to be inspired by anything I post, and make it your own. Likewise, I get inspiration from all sorts of sources including the blogs of other crafters, although I would never knowingly directly copy another's work I visit so many blogs I pick up inspiration all over the place. Please know that if you are in my blog lists then you inspire me.
