my youngest son lost his first baby tooth today, and he wanted a box to put it in, just like
his brother's. I made this from a small mint tin. Painted it with gesso and then silver embossed around the edge, I used Althaya from
Inka and did her wings with vellum. I used "believe" from the large collage words. I decorated it with some star waste and a punched star.
I just hope the tooth fairy appreciates my efforts
That's so beautiful Joanne. It sure is all happening at your place this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI hope the tooth fairy recognises all the effort in presenting the 1st tooth and rewards accordingly lol :0)
Aw that is really sweet Joanne. What a lovely idea.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the toothfairy will love it! I know I do ;-)
ReplyDeleteWell I'd certainly put money in the tin if I was the tooth fairy Joanne! It's gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable, Joanne...love it. Just bought some wee tins at the SB convention last week, can't wait to make them into art! Love what you have done here, your little one must be so excited.
ReplyDeleteI don't see how the toothfairy will be able to resist leaving money in such a gorgeous little tin!
